Text Box: Individual Coaching Through training and life experience, I have learned that no one answer applies to all questions. Individuals are as unique as snowflakes. With that in mind, coaching for each individual is also unique experience. The basics are: listening with a concerned unbiased ear to find and reflect back your own personal insights. Identify clearly and define your true desires so you can begin moving toward them. Spring Cleaning to get rid of obstacles in your way. Move the things you “have to do” to a “love to do” list. Supporting you to navigate the road blocks along the way. Through our collaborative partnership, you will gain ideas, strategies, new perspective and see more options as well as maximize the “three E’s” in your life: energy, effectiveness, and enjoyment! Coaching can be done via telephone or in person. Price range $300 This price includes: Three (3) 45 minute individual sessions Between call email support Post call summary notes sent via email after each coaching session Group Coaching Group coaching is a powerful way to reach your goals and move projects forward. Meeting with a group as little as 2 times a month allows individuals to find support, synergy, and inspiration to move ahead. By having a team for accountability and partnership, participants find that achieving professional or personal goals often comes faster and easier than alone. Group coaching can also be done over the phone or in person. Most groups limited to 5 to 7 participants. Price per month $150 per person This price includes: 2 (two) one hour group calls per month Laser Coaching call-in times for individual between call support All resources and assessments Speaking In addition to the workshops listed, I provide clients with customized speaking presentations and workshops for their group events, retreats and training. After a complimentary consultation session to assess the unique needs of your organization, I will customize a workshop or presentation to engage your audience and provide innovative resources and solutions to address your challenges. These unique customized presentations are designed to inspire your audience and shake them out of old thinking patterns into new perspectives, helping them see exciting possibilities and answers to current challenges.
